SAN™ 1 for embroidering products made from sturdy materials
The SAN™ 1 version of needle DBxK5 is particularly suitable for embroidering products made of sturdy materials such as baseball caps or leather. The reinforced blade increases the stability of the needle and the special geometries of the scarf and eye improve the pick-up of the loop. In addition, the larger eye simplifies threading and allows the embroidery thread to slide through unhindered. The GEBEDUR™ coating increases the wear protection of the needle, especially in the point and eye area.

A point groove is a groove in the point area that serves to protect the sewing thread. It can run out either to the right or to the left. It is intended to prevent the thread from running over the needle point and being damaged or cut off.
